Re: How can I use e-Signature in Z-Quote?

For e-Signature app, the main idea is that as long as the PDF version is available as an attachment file, the e-Signature will grab that file and send as email attachment. In Z-Quote Config tab under Quote Configuration Settings, there is an option for 'Attach Quote PDF/DOC'. When you check the option  and click generate PDF on the Quote page, that will trigger the feature where Quote PDF will be saved to Opportunity page.

Now that a file is attached to the Opportunity, e-Signature app normally requires you to add a button on the Opportunity page and once this button is clicked, it will ask you to select a contact where the PDF will be send. Therefore, the important thing on this process is that the Quote PDF are all present already on that page and no need to manually add it.

Using a DocuSign as an example, find DocuSign for Salesforce package in the AppExchange and click Get It Now. This takes you to the Confirm Installation page.

Review the instructions, type your Salesforce credentials for the location where you are installing DocuSign for Salesforce, read and agree to the terms & conditions and then click Install. You are taken to the Package Installer page.

1. Install DocuSign for Salesforce. You can reference the steps [here.]
2. Edit the Page Layout for your Opportunity page and add the Send with DocuSign button.
3. Make sure you have Quote Template setup on Z-Quotes and Attach Quote PDF/DOC is ticked on Quote Configuration Settings.
4. On the Quote detail page, once you click the Generate PDF button, you will see a pop up window informing you the the Quote PDF version is attached as document on the Opportunity.
5. Go back to Opportunity page and click on Send with DocuSign. The next page should show you that the Quote PDF is added as document and ready to be send.

Re: How can I use e-Signature in Z-Quote?

Hi,

In my current implementation customer is using trail version of DocuSing  which limits to  single user license , we want tester to have DocuSign access, is there an option to give permission  to use "Send With DocuSign" for multiple user?

Thanx,

Chirag
