Getting Error while generating Word for any quote

If any sales rep is try to generate word for quote. He gets this error message like this.

com.zuora.sync.sfdc.quote.exceptions.QuoteDocumentException: com.zuora.sync.sfdc.quote.exceptions.SfdcDescribeException:
INVALID_TYPE: sObject type 'Organization' is not supported.

If you are attempting to use a custom object, be sure to append the '__c' after the entity name.
Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.

But if you are generating word for that particular quote SFDC adminstrator doesn't get exceptions.

Please help me

thank you in advance.

Re: Getting Error while generating Word for any quote

Greeting - You can resolve this issue by granting your sales rep's profile "View All Data" permission.  For more details, please check out this article.

Another option is to replace Organization merge fields with the actual texts since your Organization information (e.g., Company Name, Address, etc.) does not usually change per quote or account.

Re: Getting Error while generating Word for any quote

Hi - Per my previous suggestion, another option is to replace Organization merge fields with the actual texts in your Quote Template.  Since your Organization information (e.g., Company Name, Address, etc.) does not usually change per quote or account, there is no need to use merge fields to populate this information.
