Errors were encountered during the request process: [SfdcSyncException:Retries Exhausted;]

Problem: Customer was getting the below error when the quote was created and also when they were trying to send the Quote to Zuora. 

"Errors were encountered during the request process: [SfdcSyncException:Retries Exhausted;]"

Solution: In this specific case, we figured out that this customer was using the oAuth credentials to sync their data from Zuora --> Salesforce. When we navigated to their Zuora tenant --> Profile & Settings --> Commerce -->Synchronize Salesforce.com Data, and then hit on "test access", we saw the error as below:

This was due to the reason that the user they were using to connect to Salesforce was deactivated and on updating this to a new user this issue was resolved. To perform this follow the steps below. 

1. Hit delete button. 

2. Enter the "Salesforce ID" & "User ID" again. 

3. Click on "setup oauth tokens"
