Error message: "This payment method has already been associated with a billing account...."

Question or Problem Statement:
When clicking send to z-billing, I got "This payment method has already been associated with a billing account. It cannot be used in a new subscription".

Solution:
a). Find the payment method id in Electronic Payment Method Id field on the quote page.

 

 


b). Create a query/data source export from Zuora to verify if this Payment Method is tied to another customer account.
c). If b) is true then remove the Payment Method id from the quote page ,then re-send the quote again.
