Re: Error in Sync: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded?

The error indicates that due to your custom trigger XXX_SubscriptionTrigger, the records could not be synced within 10,000 ms (10 seconds) which is the Salesforce.com's Apex CPU time limit.

CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY:XXX_SubscriptionTrigger: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded

Hence this is an issue caused due to custom trigger due to a Salesforce Limitation.

To resolve this issue, you can try to refactor your trigger to make it complete quicker or disable it so each record can be synced within 10,000 ms. You would need to work with Salesforce Support to investigate why this custom trigger is throwing the error.
