Chatter posts appearing on SFDC Account level for billing account activity

Problem:

======

I recently enabled Chatter Feed for Invoice Object and suddenly I'm now seeing Chatter posts from our user xxxxx  on the Account level in Salesforce.

xxxxx hasn't logged in for quite some time (she's on leave), but there must be something enabled that has activities auto posting for her. Can you please let me know how I can

a. turn this off immediately and

b. if it's possible to delete all the posts that have been made in the last 24 hours or so?

Re: Chatter posts appearing on SFDC Account level for billing account activity

Solution:

========

In reviewing the set up, it was noticed that in the Zuora 360 sync set up on Zuora tenant, customer is  using OAuth Credentials and in that they are using the

Salesforce User ID: nnnnnnnn which is the  SFDC user id for user xxxxx
So, the invoice records that are created/updated from Zuora end as part of zuora 360 sync, is synced by this user and hence it is rolling up to Account level as they turned on Chatter feed on Invoice Object.

Here are answers to some of the additional questions

1. where do I find these Oauth credentials and change them?

Please see the manage OAuth Credential section under this article

https://knowledgecenter.zuora.com/CA_Commerce/E_Zuora_360/S_Synchronize_Data_from_Z-Billing/C_Set_up...

2.Is there an option to stop these automatic chatter posts while still having the option to leave chatter posts on invoices, or is it an all or nothing situation where as soon as you turn on chatter for invoices, these automatic posts roll up to the account as well? I was hoping to have chatter functionality, but have no need for these automatic posts.

When chatter feed is enabled for an Object, this is the expected behavior.
Please review section Zuora 360 and chatter under the following article

https://knowledgecenter.zuora.com/CA_Commerce/A_Zuora_CPQ/C_More_About_Zuora_for_Salesforce/G_Chatte...

3. now that these chatter posts have already been automatically posted, is there a way to delete them in bulk?

Please do some checking in salesforce Forum
I found the following article

If this is production please review carefully before deleting anything.
