Cannot enable Multi-Entity in Salesforce / Multi-Entity was turned off

I recently enable Multi-Entity in my Zuora tenant, but "Enable Multi-Entity" option is not enabled in Salesforce after the overnight job sync.  I manually ran zqu.RefreshCustomSettingSchedulable.refreshMultiEntityPermission(); script but Multi-Entity is still not enabled either.  Does anyone know what can be the issue?

In order to enable Multi-Entity in Salesforce, the following conditions must be true.

 

  1. Zuora user defined under Zuora Quote Connection Settings must have access to ALL Zuora child entities which connect to the Salesforce org.
  2. In each child entities, Salesforce credentials under 360 Sync must belong the Salesforce org and they must be working.

 

If either condition fails, it can prevent user from enabling Multi-Entity in Salesforce or disable Multi-Entity (which was enabled previously).
