Cancellation Effective Date field options in Zuora CPQ not showing option for End of Last Invoice Pe
Problem:
During cancel Quote creation customer is not able to see the End of Last Invoice Period picklist value.
Solution:
As per the current design, you will not be able to select the End of Last Invoice Period option as part of Cancellation Effective Date if the Enable High Volume Quoting feature is enabled.
Please disable "Enable High Volume Quoting" which is present as part of the Quote configuration setting and then try creating the quote again.
