Solution:
1).Delete the billing account from SFDC
2).Delete the CRM Id from Zuora then Save.
3). Recreate the billing account in SFDC before doing a manual sync from Zuora.
4).After the sync, edit the CRM Id field in Zuora, inputting the CRM Id from SFDC.
