CRM Account ID issue - not recognized in Zuora account

We've got an issue with CRM Account ID field on customer accounts.

 

For some reason, it is not recognized and says that it does not exist in SalesForce, but everything is OK on SalesForce side.

 

Could you please point me the direction what I should check to find the cause?

This situation can happen when the credentials used to connect to Salesforce are wrongly configured.

 

You can check the "Salesforce Credentials" in the Zuora Commerce Settings.

 

and also, on Zuora UI, you can try to update the "CRM account ID" of one of the impacted account.

If the connection is failling you will see an error message.
