Bundling is disabled all of a sudden

Bundling in SalesForce was working the day before, and all of a sudden it stopped working for us now and is disabled in the settings.

 

What could be the issue?

Re: Bundling is disabled all of a sudden

Please make sure in SalesForce that you reset the password for the User which connects to Zuora, and enter the new credentials in the SalesForce Sync screen.

 

Once you've done that and performed a Manual Sync on the Accounts & Related Objects, the Bundling should be re-enabled for you.
