Problem - We have bundling enabled and the custom field on the "Product" object is not syncing to Zuora
Solution - Below is the KC article for syncing the Product & its custom fields from Salesforce --> Zuora

In this specific case, on checking further we found that custom field was not added to the field set highlighted below.
On adding the field to this field set, the custom fields were synced to Zuora without any issues.
