After upgrading to the latest Z-quotes version, cannot see the products section.

In a specific scenario, after upgrading to the latest Z-quotes version, customer could see the general quote information as its name, start date, term, account name, etc, but not the products added and removed during the quote creation. On other hand SF admin user could see them.

After further investigation, it was found customer was unable to see the Product details in the quote page and System Admin user was able to, was because both Profiles were using different quote layout.

 

Goto Setup -> Manage Users -> Profiles -> Page Layouts -> Custom Object Layouts -> Quote -> View Assisgnment
