Account with Currency GBP in Zuora is not syncing to SFDC

Problem:

Why is an account not syncing to SFDC - 2 accounts in Zuora one in USD the other GBP. The GBP account does not show up when creating a quote in GBP. The account ID's are correct for both accounts in Zuora to SFDC.

Account Numbers:

M1500000xxx - Synced correctly to SFDC

M1500000xxx - this is the one that doesn't sync back to SFDC

 

Please help us debugging this.

Solution:

The customer has enabled Multi currency in their Org and had activated EURO and USD(Default). But GBP is not enabled.

Once we enabled GBP and performed a sync, the GBP Account got synced to SFDC and is visible while Quoting.

 

To enable different currencies in SFDC, please follow the below steps:

From Setup>Type "Manage Currencies" and open it>Click on New under "Active Currencies" section>Enable the required currency type>Enter conversion rate, decimal places>Click Save.
