I have already this true problem regarding address. Our Customer often use the carriage return and linefeed of Salesforce. But when we use Zuora, We have to use Address 2, for that case. Unfortunately, Address 2 is not mapped with Salesforce. Customer face with two different problems, the unsupported Carriage Return and Line Feed link to the data migration, where the return is not supported, and when we have to use address 2 for managing that ... And ... The problem of discrepancy between salesforce and Zuora address data when a user choose an existing billing account and when there is a carriage return and line feed on the salesforce address (And Not on Zuora). It's a real subject and a real difficult approach to manage.

I have discovered that a product I had deleted in Zuora was still being synced to SFDC. This caused a problem, because the product failed a custom validation rule in SFDC ,which caused the Zuora product catalog sync to fail. But the Zuora ID reported in the error file could not be located, either in the Zuora UI or via API. Because the record could not be viewed or edited, it could not be made to pass the custom validation rule in SFDC, and thus the sync error could not be resolved. There seems to be no documentation of the fact that deleted records remain in Zuora and are synced. At a minimum, this should be documented.

Subscription Product & Charge Object currently has a lookup to a custom Product Object and we need to be able to lookup to the native salesforce Product2 object. I can see that the lookup is deprecated but there doesn't appear to be an alternative. Is this something that is pending fix in an upcoming release? Hello, I am exploring the integration between Zuora and Salesforce CPQ. As I understood from knowledge center and some posts in communities (salesforce cpq and zuora both) that products should be duplicated in Salesforce CPQ to match to Zuora Product structure. In Zuora we have Product on top then multiple rate plans and then three type of charges under each rate plan. So if I have to add a rate plan with three charges under it (One Time, Recurrin and Usage), I will have to create three products keeping same Zuora Product Id, same rate plan id in PriceBook Entry but different charge preferences and sync those one by one to Zuora. In Zuora we just have to select a product and a rate plan but in CPQ we have created multiple product corresponding to different charges so how do we select products in CPQ? User has to select all the products one by one or we have to bundle those in one product? Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

When you search in Zquotes in Salesforce when you hit enter it provides tags rather than starting a new search. If I typed in the following: I want to be able to type "product1" hit enter select and then type in "product2" hit enter and select. Right now when I type this you will see that a new search is not created instead you have to hit 'x' on "product1" in order to remove the previous search. Please update this broken search functionality.

Subscription Name shouldn't be used as an ID number. A subscription that changes over time will always have the same name no matter what products etc are added to it. It's hard to come up with a meaningful subscription name in this instance, instead you have to come up with something very generic. We should be able to modify this existing subscription name or number.

The default number of products displayed per page is 10 - our sales reps would like to see a larger number of products. Currently, they can see up to 100 which is great but they have to select this every time. We want to be able to choose 100 as the default number. Please allow this to be a configurable setting.

Functionality to pull delta quantity of numbers in Zuora For Salesforce is needed. For example, in case of increase in each quote like below, it is needed to pile up +100, +20, and, +30 to make cumulative numbers 150 in total in salesforce Report/Dashboard, using a correct data field in Zuora for Salesforce. Delta Quantity Total Quantity New Subscription +100Lic 100Lic Amendment +20Lic 120Lic Renewal +30LIc 150Lic --------------------------------------- Cumulative +150Lic I am now referring the field called "Quantity" under the object "Quote Charge Summaries". Which shows correct delta quantity of numbers only for "New Subscription" and for "Amendment" ( +100 and +20 above). However, Renewal shows only cumulative numbers (150 above) and no fields to see delta quantity, which is +30 in this example. Please consider to add functionality to shows delta quantity in "Renewal" like "New subscription" and "Amendment".

My company has a seats based SAAS model and we sell minimum seats and then add a per unit above that minimum. To accomplish this, we use two tiers on each product. The Rules Engine only allows rules down to the Quote Rate Plan Charge Level, one level above where our company operates. Could you please include the ability to use Quote Charge Tiers in the engine? We are upgrading to 8.0 from 6.61 and we want to keep our interface looking the same to users. At 8.0, it split our QuoteDetail (Now quote detial and product selector) into two seperate pieces. If I add two, it uses extra real estate on the page and requires the ProductSelector to be very large to see many at once. I tried the UnifedQuoteDetail visualforce page and the inferface is different. Our biggest issue is that we can lock the Quote Charge Tier List Price field for the historic productselector by making the field read-only in Salesforce but the newer version on the UnifiedProductSelector ignores that field level security. We can't update to 8.0 because drives a hole through our margin control system. If you could restore the ability to use the previous "QuoteDetail" VF even if it is under a new name?

Is it also possible to have an operator "is not equal to" in the filter settings for guided selling?
This might be helpful for, e.g. excluding countries for a regional availability of a product.

1) Remove the 'billing day' system defaulted field from cancellation field set. Can't create a new field set without this field magically appearing. 2) Improve report metrics at charge level for cancellations. QCD does not provide enough detail. 3) Update Cancel page layout. Latest version is 6.3 while we are up to 8.x with the other layouts. 4) Create Cancel template from Zuora's Quote template engine. Not currently available.

I'd like to be able to localize Product, Rate Plan and Charge names on Quotes from Salesforce.
There are two options to achieve this, as I see it:
It would be greate to have a similar tool to the one in zuora to facilitate this.
OR
It would be great to be able to display Product, Rate Plan and Charge custom fields on the quote.
We have stored the translations on custom fields, but it is impossible to display these on the quote, as it seems.
Note that it is also impossible to show these on an invoice. Is there a technical reason for that? This would also be fantastic...

If Zuora 360 sync fails for a particular object, Zuora will retry some fixed number of times, then "give up" and stop trying to sync that object. There is no notification when Zuora decides that an object will not be retried again. The logs appear the same, whether the issue was corrected or "given up". There is no control over how many times to retry before "giving up". Once an object has been "given up", it can only be reprocessed by doing a manual sync, or making some change to the object (it appears that editing and saving the object without making any actual change doesn't cause it to be attempted again).

Reduce the number of account records read from 10,000 to 9,999 (or other number) when populating dropdown in quotes, so that quotes no longer generates warning emails. Since this process is working as designed, it shouldn't create warnings to be emailed to administrators.

Unfortunately it's not possible for Z-Quotes users to take advantage of multilingual capabilities of invoice templates in order to reduce rate plan proliferation because Z-Quotes template engine doesn't support translations like invoice templates do.
When will Quote templates support multi-lingual support be brought into Zuora for Salesforce (Quote templates rendering)?

Payment and invoice payment objects sync from Zuora to Salesforce. Payment object is parent and invoice payment is child. There is a Field on payment object,Zuora_ AppliedInvoiceAmount_c that is Rollup summary field which is roll up from applied amount from invoice payments Object. Now, when a Payment record is created on Zuora, it syncs over to salesforce , BUT the rollup summary field Zuora_AppliedInvoiceAmount_c value is zero until the Invoice Payment records are sync from zuora . we are looking for another field or replacing rollup summary field with standard field in sfdc which value is directly sync by applied amount field from zuora instead of rolling up from invoice payments. Older versions of the Zuora quoting package did not allow for in-line editing. That was very useful to us, because we need control over when our end users can and cannot edit the quote. We'd love it if the in-line editing could either be turned on or off with a master setting or if in-line editing could be turned on/off based on the record type or some field value. Our use case is we use the standard Default record type as a sort of 'draft' mode while our users configure the quote. The standard record type includes the buttons for editing the quote and products, but not the ability to generate a PDF. Once they are ready to generate the PDF order form, they switch to a different record type. This custom record type is sort of a 'locked' mode that prevents changes to the products but allows users to generate PDF. We accomplished this by including or omitting certain buttons on each page layout. In-line editing prevents us from using this approach and caused issues for us. For now we are using the old Quote Detail Product Selctor, but it'd be nice to have a consistent UI and use the most current components in the package.

Even though a one time charge is not technically renewed, it remains on the latest renewal version after sending to Zuora. It appears that the user in Salesforce has to drop the One Time Charge even though it cannot be renewed before sending to Zuora. Is that the expected behavior or should the system not have it in the latest version of the subscription after sending to Zuora and post renewal?
