When refreshing a Salesforce sandbox, all Zuora Config settings in Salesforce are lost (they are set back to default values). This means that after each refresh, you have to manually configure all the settings all over again. My idea is to be able to export this configuration before the sandbox refresh and to be able to import it back to the sandbox after the refresh. Benefit: This would avoid hours of painful manual administration work at each refresh.

Set Default pagination is set to 25 products per page on Edit products page
The Default pagination is set to 10 products per page. After page load, User can set it to display a maximum of 25 products.
Since the default value is set in the managed package code.
But is it possible to change the default pagination from 10 to 25?

The QuoteRatePlanCharge (zqu__QuoteRatePlanCharge__c) object is empty for renewal quotes (that haven't had any product amendments). However this data is available to query for other quote types. This makes it difficult to create a consistent method of querying quote objects programatically. Please make your objects consistent for all quote types.

Z-Quotes uses the SalesForce Country/State picklist 'Integration Name' to send to Zuora. However, there are some situations where the integration name can't be updated due to existing external system integrations with Zuora (eg. CMS).
Z-Quotes should have a way to specify either the Integration-Name, Country code or other uploadable config mapping to specify to align the integration between Zuora and Salesforce. (Maybe extend the feature to Z-360 as well.)

As a Salesforce user who is providing support to a customer, I want to be able to see the debit memos we've previously raised for a customer.
This is so I can better service a customer and have the information visible to me in Salesforce reflecting the customer's current financial relationship with our company.
These object could be added perhaps as part of Zuora's "Data Connect / Configurable Sync" developments?

Currently there is an option to select the payment terms when building a quote in CPQ. However this field does absolutely nothing, the payment terms will be whatever is currently set on the Billing Account and will not change once the quote is sent to Zuora. If its a configurable option in CPQ then the Billing Account should be updated to match once the quote is accepted and sent to zuora. This causes a ton of confusion for both salespeople and customers.

It would be great to be able to easily add/remove annexes to a quote template to be able to create quotes with the product related annexes. A solution proposal: There would be a base quote template for each type of quote (new subscription, amendment, renewal, cancellation) and then that template would be the first pages of the real templates which could be product specific. The business reasons behind this: we have up to 4 annexes for each template with different Word formatting and it took me weeks to put them together in a single Word document. Also the Zuora part of the template is often modified to apply to new business rules/needs and it would be a lot easier if only the base template could be modified and it could be automatically taken into account in the product specific templates.

We had several project on Zuora Quote where customers required to create the quote amendment or Renewal from Subscription and not from Account or opportunity.
Regarding the process, it makes more sence. Users need to be able to create quotes more quickly, and the current process obliged user to use the Select Account Page (Select Account and the subscription).
I suggest a Custom button on the subscription Record. When the user Click, he is direcly redirect to the Quote Creating page.

We want to emphasize the use the of the Product Filter, and have it expanded by default so that users use the filter effectively. In addition we'd like the option to have the Rate Plans expanded by default - particularly after the filters have been adjusted - rather than having a user click the "Select Plan" button each time.

When using Discount Charges within a rate plan we would like to prevent a user from being able to edit the Product Discount % field - they should only be able to edit the actual Discount Charge (using the hyperlink and pop-up) Currently it seems we have no option to lock this field - which means we need to use Rules Engine or Validation Rules to reactively reset to 0 and alert the user.

At the moment I am only able to create Invoice Templates or Communication Profiles in the Quote Config. As we are using the advanced invoice settlement we also have templates for Credit and Debit Memos. All our new customers come via Salesforce to Zuora and it would be great to get the ability to also assign Credit and Debit Memo Templates for an Account on the Salesforce Quote which is then synched to Zuora. At the Moment we need to make a manual update on every Account in Zuora to assign the correct templates at the end.

When using "Discount Charges" on a Product with a one time charge the Discount charge always shows up as Recurring - which then keeps the Discount Charge on a Renewal/Amend Quote even when the "Hide Original One-Time Charges" setting is selected. The "Hide Original One-Time Charges" is very useful to avoid confusion when users need to create renewal quotes for subscriptions that had a one-time charge such as professional services. Ideally we would like to hide the entire rate plan from the Product Selector

In Zuora Quotes, if you create or update New Subscription Quote, Amendment Subscription Quote and Renewal Subscription Quote, following fields are displayed in the roll-up feed in Opportunity .
- Name
- Opportunity (name)
- Status
- MRR (Delta MRR)
- TCV (DeltaTCV)
Client would like to use chatters, but would not like to see the above fields in roll-up feed in Opportunity when New Subscription Quote, Amendment Subscription Quote and Renewal Subscription Quote are created and updated.
According to the Knowledge Center, it is able to control On/Off of chatters. However, it is not able to control which fields to show in roll-up feed. Should have a capability to select which fields to show in chatter's roll-up feed.

When creating a Zuora Rule for Zuora CPQ, and a Lookup with multiple attributes is used on the action, it is not possible to use a number field from the custom object as an Attribute. Only text fields are available. We would like to use the quantity from the quote line item to determine the record from the custom object, but because number fields are not allowed we can not easily use this field without doing Roll ups of the quantity to the Quote object and then converting to a text field. This does not allow us to run rules during changes to the Quote line as the Quote needs to be submitted first before the roll up is updated. Please make number fields from custom object available as Attributes.

Currently when an Amendment or a Renewal quote is created, the CPQ package retrieves the List Price from Product Catalog (PRPC) , rather than from the subscription rate plan charge. In the example below, the product rate plan has an annual list price of $ 5000 . This was overridden to be sold with a Quarterly price of $1250 and a discount of 12% to make effective price $ 1100 Now at the time of renewal/amendment the List Price is being pulled from the product catalog at $5000 while the effective price is from the subscription rate plan charge. Thsi results in a displayed discount of 78% which is not correct. This is causing a lot of confusion among the sales reps where it appears they heavily dissounted the old product and is not a correct reproesentation of subscription data. When you have a large global product catalog in salesforce, not all products are active or need to be synced to the Zuora product catalog. There is no way to designate such products, and any update to those products in salesforce will cause a trigger to move them to "updated" status in the catalog sync and zquotes will attempt to sync them with the other products. I would like a way to filter product catalog sync better, perhaps by designating Zuora eligible products in the salesforce product catalog. In my case, the global organization has not implemented the Zuora product catalog hierarchy and we have thousands of products that will not sync to Zuora and there is no way to filter them out of the product catalog sync so that I can sync the products that actually need to go to Zuora. When you combine this with the restriction to sync only 100 of the 7000 products at a time (due to a poor pagination technique) this means that keeping the Zuora product catalog up to date is an unmanagable task because the products that error out never leave the "updated" filter and I can't change their sync status through the salesforce API without the trigger changing the status back to "updated."

If a user clicks the Generate Quote button from the Quote Detail page a pop up opens, and takes upward of 10 seconds to generate the quote. And then once the quote is generated the message is very plain - can we have the abliity to customize this message. The Quote is attached to the Quote Detail page - but the page needs to be refreshed before the user can access it. If at the very least the 18char ID could be a hyperlink to the quote so that the user could download or view it that would be helpful.

It would be great if the salesforce managed package would allow for subscribing to the zuora callout events that are available in Zuora without the need to set this up within zuora. For one, zuora's callout does not support OAUTH so makes it not ideal for setting up a callout to hit back to salesforce apis. Secondly, zuora for salesforce is already syncing data bewteen the two systems, this could be another integration point of sync'ing callouts. Secondly - would like callouts to be available for Amendment key dates, not just subscription key dates.
