Cancellation Amendment Information Sync with 360

With the 360 sync to Salesforce, not all information is synced over.  It would be so helpful to have ALL the dates associated with a cancellation amendment sync back to Salesforce.

 

Once a Subscription is canceled, yes the status updates in Salesforce, but we don't know when it was canceled. We've had to create duplicate custom fields to populate those dates in Zuora so they sync back to Salesforce.

This will be considered in our new Configurable Sync archtiecture which will be part of our long term roadmap.
