Ability to create custom access to different quote templates.
Use case: Customer Z are creating a new workflow, whereby a sales rep can create a quote but can only view or print a quote in a template that has the word DRAFT in grey on it. The quote approver would then create the quote in the final version of the template that does not include the word DRAFT.
Suggested enhancement: create custom access to different quote templates, something like a 'communication profile' field per user profile. In this way, you can assign a specific Quote Template a user profile will view/create.
