Last week on October 16th, I hosted the very first Zuora Community Chapter at Invoca’s Santa Barbara location with 6 attendees who arrived promptly at 6:00 pm ready to engage in all topics Zuora! It was a diverse group representing some of the largest technology companies in the Santa Barbara area: Procore, Appfolio, LogicMonitor and Invoca.
Another Subscribed San Francisco is down in the books! From a Community standpoint, what’s especially notable about this year’s event is that we were able to roll out the red carpet for 25 Community VIPs

At Zuora, we know how important it is for our end-users to be kept up-to-date with any product changes. That is is why we have an area in the Zuora Community specifically dedicated to inform Zuora users of release updates, breaking changes, product updates, maintenance and release notes.
Coming off the heels of a successful Subscribed NYC in October, many of our customers, prospects, and partners have been asking for more opportunities to not only connect with other Zuora customers on subscription best practices but also to network with other Subscription/SaaS leaders in the city.
Last year at Subscribed, we held a Community roundtable in the Learners’ Lounge where a ton of Community members met each other and shared the positive and negative experiences with the Zuora Community with myself and the rest of the Community team. At Subscribed 2018, we’re taking it to the next level by having 2 bona-fide sessions during the lunch hour.

This past week, four members of the Zuora Community team joined other community heavy hitters from GoDaddy, eBay, Google, Microsoft, Autodesk and Lithium at GoDaddy’s offices in Sunnyvale to “talk shop” about our different communities.
