This morning, a widespread internet distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack resulted in the disruption of a number of internet services. The attack originated on our DNS service provider, and has since spread to other services as well, resulting in an unprecedented scale of performance degradation across the web.
Zuora’s support and technology teams have been working all day non-stop to resolve this. The issue is now deemed solved. We regret that this has occurred and any impact it may have caused our valued customers. Our teams continue to work on measures that will help mitigate potential recurrences in the future.
