Undoing an order
In our business we often have customers agree a quote and then (for various reasons) change their mind. Up to 30 days we allow this.
Our approach is to in Zuora Billing create an order that undoes the effect of the previous one and then have the sales person requote. However this process has some significant flaws.
I am therefore interested to know if other businesses have this need and if so how they handle it.
