Workflow Internal 500 error

Issue: User not able to access workflow through the tenant sidebar launch and they are facing Internal 500 error

Solution:

 

The issue is because the customer has not whitelisted the connect IPs, request them to whitelist the connect IPs - https://knowledgecenter.zuora.com/BB_Introducing_Z_Business/Policies/Inbound_and_Outbound_IP_Address...

Please make sure Inbound and Outbound IP Addresses for Collect, Workflow, Commerce, and Marketplace are whitelisted to avoid the error.
