Delay in Workflow execution
Issue: The customer triggered a workflow through callout and the workflow started executing after one hour from the callout trigger time.
The workflow tasks are distributed across all customers and if multiple workflows executed in the same period it will be queued based on the Execution Priority, If the workflow has a high dependency and it needs to be executed on priority, we recommend you to change the Execution priority in the workflow settings.
Also please note, If you set all workflows to High, the execution sequence will not change as they are the same priority. Zuora recommends that you set high priority only for important workflows that need to be run without delay.
