question about Subscription Owner and Invoice Owner when we cancel the subscription.

We have a scenario where we sell our products/services to our customers via a partner (3rd party).

In this situation the Subscription is created under the Customer account, but we bill the Partner, so the Invoice is created under the Partner account.

Subscription Owner = Customer  and  Invoice Owner = Partner

We now need to invalidate the Subscription created and generate a Negative Invoice to cancel the original one.

If we cancel the Subscription (under the customer) and re-bill the partner - would that generate the Negative Invoice?

Re: question about Subscription Owner and Invoice Owner when we cancel the subscription.

When you cancel a Subscription, the invoice owner and the Subscription owner will not changed.

Hence, If you re-bill the partner account ( Subscription invoice owner ), a Negative Invoice will be generated based on the cancelation dates.
