We want to create a new subscription, but the product we'd like to add does not appear in the list.
- Check if your product is still effective - un-tick the "Only inlcude products currently effective" option.
- If your product appears now, check the Product's Effective Period in the Product Catalog
- Keep in mind, a Product's Rate Plan has a separate effective period, which also needs to be reviewed. This option only appears if you hover your mouse over the Product Rate Plan:
- If your product is still not in the list, check what Currency is set up on the Customer Account screen - the same currency must be activated and set for the Product Rate Plan.
