In creating subscription mode, the total may not be displayed correctly when QTY is 0 and charge model is Tiered Pricing

Known Issue: In creating subscription mode, if a charge is a Tiered Pricing charge model and has a tier of: 0 to 5 / $250 / Flat Fee and if the QTY is entered as 0, the total is calculated incorrectly as $0. However, when previewing the subscription or actually generating an invoice, the correct flat fee of $250 appears.
