Cannot see product on Create New Subscription

Hi

I'm looking for possible reasons for why when I go to create a subscription, I cannot see the product in the product catalog I created? The effective period is 2008 - 2099, there are rate plans, the rate plans appear to have currencies although when I go to edit price in multi currency and click save on my only active currency GBP then it just says "the status of the default currency can not be updated".. so.. i'm really not sure, what I am doign wrong.

 

The "ProductEnabled" field is set to true, but this doesn't appear to do anything, what is this for?

I know this is an old post and maybe you've resolved the problem by now.  Might want to reach out to Global Support if my suggestions aren't helpful. 

 

If your default currency is GBP, then the status will always be active so that can't be changed.

 

Is the effective end date on the rate plan also 2099?  Does the rate plan have a charge as well?

is the subscription start date between 2008 and 2099?
