0/0 error in orders load (Developer Tool)

0/0 error during orders import occurs if the data file is incorrect. Please check the log

  1. If the log ends at a product query level like below. the product in your file is an outdated one in the tenant.

  3. The easiest way to find export the data from tenant using dev tool and compare your data.

Issue: Log import result won't be created hard to find an accurate error
