Include subscriptions-invoiced before removing credit card data from 'inactive' account

As far as I understand, parent account's card details will be removed if the account is 'inactive' for 180 days even if there are active subscriptions owned by child accounts. This is an issue if the invoice ownership for the child subscriptions has been transfered to the parent, and therefore the parent account's card should be used for payments against these invoice.
When determining if an account should be classed as 'inactive' it would make sense to include any subscriptions-invoiced as well as subscriptions-owned. This way the card would not be deleted if there were any active subscriptions-invoiced or if there had been activity within 180 days on any subscriptions-invoiced (even no subscriptions-owned had been created on the parent account).
