Execution Schecule for Renewal Batch Processing

Currently Auto Renewal Batch is executed at 10am UTC every day. It's 7pm Japan Time.
We have a plan to use Zuora globally and set Regions (NA, EMEA, APAC and Japan) in Data Access Control. We would like to integrate their internal systems like CRM or ERP through batch processing in nighttime. But our internal systems are separated in the region or country. We need a capability of scheduling the executing time of day for Auto Renewal batch by the entity level of Data Access Control.

I would add that in addition to being able to change the schedule it would be nice to be able to disable it entirely and process it on the bill run schedule.

Data Access Control is deprecated in favor of the new Multi-Entity feature.

We may need to allow configuration of the renewal processing time by entity
