A Bay Area local's suggestion on how to get to the hotel if you're flying into SFO or Oakland:

Oakland International Airport (OAK)
South Bay and Peninsula travelers can ride Caltrain to BART for a traffic-free trip to the Oakland International Airport. Caltrain customers can connect with BART at the Millbrae station, then ride BART to its Coliseum station. Take the BART Oakland Airport people mover from Coliseum BART to the airport.

 

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
BART provides service to the San Francisco International Airport. Caltrain customers should board BART at the Millbrae station and ride it to the San Bruno BART Station, where they will need to board another BART train headed to the airport. All passengers must purchase a BART ticket before boarding.

 

San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC)
VTA SJC Airport Flyer (Line 10) takes you between the Santa Clara Caltrain Station and the San Jose International Airport. The Airport Flyer is free and operates seven-days-a-week from about 5:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. Buses operate every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on nights and weekends. Avaya Stadium, home to the San Jose Earthquakes, is located between the train station and the airport, so the bus may experience delays when there's a game or event at the stadium.

Hotel information has been emailed out just now. Here is some general information (not including personal confirmation dates/code, etc.):

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Hotel cancellations and changes must be received 5 days prior to your arrival date. If your cancellation is not received within 3 business days of check in, you will be responsible for one night's room and tax. Note this policy also applies to your check in and check out date.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Your Zuora Subscribed 2017 registration includes all meal functions, conference events, and the conference sessions as per the agenda.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Zuora Subscribed 2017 Registration is located in North Registration located on the Lower B2 Level of the Marriot Marquis. Your name badge and any conference materials will be provided to you upon check in. Registration will be open between 8:00am – 6:00pm on Monday, June 5th. It will reopen at 7:30am on Tuesday, June 6th and will remain open daily until the conclusion of the conference. Please plan to arrive early for check-in to avoid missing the action as we kick off with our Opening Keynote with Tien Tzuo, Zuora CEO, and guests at 8:30am. Note: photo identification will be required to pick up your badge and badges are required to attend all Zuora Subscribed activities.

AGENDA
Familiarize yourself with the conference agenda on your Subscribed 2017 mobile app and consider which sessions you'd like to attend. Once you’re logged in, click on My Agenda. The first tab will show all sessions, and the second will show your personal agenda. Add sessions to your personal agenda by clicking the + sign.

 

Seating will be available on a first come, first seated basis. Because breakout sessions are so popular, it's recommended that you arrive as early as possible to each room in order to obtain a seat in your selected sessions. If you are not able to attend your first choice session, we encourage you to choose another session.

In May, the weather in San Francisco can vary greatly from warm, to cool, rainy days. Temperatures average a high of 75° F, dropping to an average low of 55° F. The air conditioning in the conference rooms can be quite cool. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to keep warm. Conference attire is business casual. Please ensure you wear your conference badge at ALL times.
