Solution:
This problem occurs because the SCAN_ACROSS_ALL_RC profile is disabled. So RevPro will not scan the whole system to obtain the RC IDs for processing SO update.

 

To enable the SCAN_ACROSS_ALL_RC profile, complete the following steps in the UI:

  1. Navigate to Setups > Application.
  2. Click Profiles on the Application side menu.
  3. Search for the SCAN_ACROSS_ALL_RC profile and edit it.
  4. In the Edit Profile window, change the System Level Value to enable this profile.
  • Old UI: Select the System Level Value checkbox.
  • New UI: Toggle the System Level Value switch to Yes.
