Revpro File Upload > Transaction/Cost - SUCCESS/ NO DATA FOUND

If you're getting this issue where the upload file shows a successfully upload, but the batch status shows No Data Found. We have found two possibilities:

 

1. The environment has been recently upgraded to 3.6. If so, have you Zuora System Admin, navigate to the Setup > Application > Profile > Search for ENABLE_MULTI_BOOK_REPLICATE profile and Set the System Level Value to NO. Only if your company is NOT a multi book company.

2. Check to make sure the SO date in the file falls with the current calendar date.
