Re: Question regarding summarize program parameter

There is an option in the system to run the summarize program with the full build as Y or N (incremental mode).

  • If Full Build = Y, then the system will delete all current period reporting data and re-build the data as a whole for the current period. For example, if the program is run for FEB-2019 period, all data built so far for this period in reporting tables will be deleted completely and re-built.

Please note, this will have an impact only with respect to reporting data and no impact on any of the transaction/accounting data.

  • If Full Build = N, then the program will identify all the RCs which got updated from the time it was run previously and wipe them off to summarize again.
