Zuora is committed to investing in and innovating on its market-leading revenue recognition solutions that enable customers to efficiently manage revenue and comply with the ever-evolving revenue accounting standards. 

 

Since 2015 we’ve released newer cloud-based versions of RevPro, designed to support our customers with ASC 606 compliance, deliver more powerful capabilities and offer the greatest benefits of a cloud-based solution including scalability, automated product updates, lower IT costs, greater mobility and more security. 

 

EOL for RevPro Customers on Version 2.3 to 3.6

Zuora has never retired previous versions of RevPro.  We will now end of life RevPro versions 2.3 to 3.6 effective February  1, 2020. Customers will continue to receive support and software bug fixes for the next 18 months, until July 31, 2021.  No enhancements will be delivered during this period. Please see below for upgrade options to the latest RevPro cloud version. 

 

If RevPro 3.6 customers only (no prior versions) need an additional 1 year Extended Support period until July 31, 2022, to continue to stay on their 3.6 version, there will be an additional fee to receive this Extended Support during this grace period.

Upgrade to Latest RevPro Cloud Version

Customers currently using older versions of RevPro are encouraged to upgrade to the latest cloud version of RevPro with the new UI and automatic upgrades. Upgrading to the latest version of RevPro Cloud will ensure you: 

  • Are equipped with the latest capabilities for compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15
  • Gain efficiencies from our brand New User Interface, with improved performance, seamless navigation, and enhanced reporting
  • Have access to all the latest capabilities of RevPro 3.x Cloud, including configurable dashboard reporting, more rules for contract modifications (including prospective and retrospective treatment), and configurable layouts for efficient view and management of cost, allocations, revenue waterfall and more
