Reporting Down

I see that new reporting isn't LA anymore and everyone has access to it. But we are unable to open any reports, even reporting tab takes forever to load just to display the reports. 

 

Is there any systemwide issue? This is preventing us from running updated numbers for our business.

Yes, a subset of customers are experiencing issues accessing Reporting on our Production environments. Our teams are aware of the issue and we are working to resolve it with the highest priority at the moment. You can check the latest status on our Zuora Trust.
