UPDATE: The maintenance window start time has been updated to 7:00PM PDT to 9:00PM PDT

 

In order to increase network capacity, security, and reliability we will be conducting a network maintenance in our US Production and Sandbox datacenter on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 9:00PM PDT to 11:00PM PDT 7:00PM PDT to 9:00PM PDT.

 

API and UI functionality will be unavailable intermittently throughout the maintenance window as we transition in new capacity and network paths optimize. Pre-configuration and placement work has been completed in order to minimize traffic interruptions during the maintenance window. RevPro services will not be impacted.

 

A maintenance status message will be posted upon completion of the activity.

We will be upgrading our AWS load balancer for cluster for our Connect service from a Classic AWS Load Balancer to a Application Load Balancer (ALB). This will change the DNS routing of connect.zuora.com, and any app under *.apps.zuora.com, to the new load balancer. There will be no downtime during this changes as traffic will gradually transfer from the old load balancer to the new load balancer. There are no actions required on customer's side.

Greetings,

 

We are going to perform an emergency database maintenance for our New Reporting Platform in Production tonight, 11/30/16, from 7-8pm PST.

 

During this one hour maintenance window, all tenants in Production environment will not be able to use New Reporting for up to 60 minutes.

 

All other areas of Zuora will not be impacted by this maintenance activity.
