Due to Amazon notification of maintenance in our AWS region, Zuora must perform a reboot of the following Production Copy Environments (Services) on December 30th, 2017 at 10:00 AM PDT.
This Service Advisory is for informational purposes only. There is no action required from customers for this change. The SSL certificate for production is expiring on January 1 2018 and as a part of routine maintenance, we are renewing the certificate. Because the root and intermediate certificates are not changing, and the event does not require downtime, this change will be transparent for all customers and API integrations. There is no action for customers for this change.

We will be upgrading our AWS load balancer for cluster for our Connect service from a Classic AWS Load Balancer to a Application Load Balancer (ALB). This will change the DNS routing of connect.zuora.com, and any app under *.apps.zuora.com, to the new load balancer. There will be no downtime during this changes as traffic will gradually transfer from the old load balancer to the new load balancer. There are no actions required on customer's side.
