Patch Release 209.1

We plan to perform Patch Release 209.1 with release schedule below (in Pacific Time):

• APISandbox release: 10 pm, 02/21 (Tuesday), PT.
• Production release: 10 pm, 02/22 (Wednesday), PT.

This patch release includes the following fixes:

• ACS-4672: Attachments to Subscriptions getting deleted
• A few internal operational fixes

No service disruption is expected for this release.

What about the addition global entity headers to the REST API? Can you please list what you have changed in more detail in the future.
