The planned deployment schedule is as follows:

• EU Sandbox Release: 02/19/2020 (Wednesday) PT  
• US Sandbox Release: 02/19/2020 (Wednesday) PT
• EU Production Release: from 02/24/2020 (Monday) PT to 02/25/2020 (Tuesday) PT
• US Production Release: from 02/24/2020 (Monday) PT to 02/25/2020 (Tuesday) PT

No service disruption is expected for this release.

Release Notes for release 269 will be published under Zuora Release Notes after Sandbox release. Release status and release notes link will be posted as this article comments.

Release 269 was deployed to the EU and US Sandbox successfully.

Hi Zuora team

Regarding - "Limit on the number of usage records per charge per billing period". Please share a query or report we can use to figure out if we have had this scenario in our Production environment historucally.

This is a breaking change since the new behaviour is forcing an error if more than 200,000 usage records are to be processed in a single bill period.

This should not be implemented in Production with such a short notice given to customers. 

Please help us with a report or query, that will confirm that we have not had this limit hit in the past, so we can be relatively confident we will not in the future.

Hi, Is this limit of 200,000 appliable to a tenant with Zuora Active rating module ?
