Recently, Salesforce has begun notifying customers via email of their intent to disable SSL encryption protocol TLS 1.0 in production orgs.  Please review their announcement here:

  • Why is this happening?
To maintain alignment with industry standard security best practices and comply with PCI DSS requirements, TLS 1.0 is being disabled.  Zuora maintains their own effort on this issue outlined within our Community [here]

  • What TLS protocols does Zuora currently support
TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 which is also the case for Salesforce

  • How will this impact my current Zuora to Salesforce integration?
Zuora anticipates no impact as we already support higher security protocols which are already in use with your SFDC integration
