Please be informed that we experienced processing interruptions on our data center in Miami, affecting all payment processing services.
To ensure minimal disruption to your business, we have redirected our processing to our data center in Amsterdam at approximately 17:20 UTC. This message will be updated as soon as we switch processing back to our data center in Miami.
This should establish normal business continuity. If you continue to experience any issues, please ensure your systems automatically pick up the DNS switch. Please execute a DNS update to establish a connection with the correct IP addresses:
