Invalid Login in Connect

 

There might be cases where you see messages similar to the screenshot below when you launch any app in connect.zuora.com.

Whenever support recommends updating your tenant login, please follow the steps below:

Login to connect.zuora.com -> On the left panel Under My Connect -> Click on Tenants

Find the tenant which is invalid and Click on Edit.

Update the credentials and hit Save Login
