Duplicate Amendment created in Developer tools during Amendment import
Issue: Amendment import through developer tools failed with Unknown error and uploading failed Import records created duplicate amendments for the customer.

Unknown Response: After 60983 ms, Zuora returned an invalid XML response: [The upstream server is timing out]
It seems that we received an error response from Zuora but it appears the amendment still went through. This in combination with the lock competition could be why duplication amendments were made.
To stop this error from happening, I would recommend using the "Batch Amendments" option in the task configuration screen.
This puts all amendments pertaining to the same Account into 1 API call. This will stop the lock competition from occurring and also speed up their tasks. If this option is not used, We should only have to manually verify for duplicate amendments before retrying the failed records.
