Over the years, I've set up many tenants in Zuora Connect for various reasons. There's so much clutter now. Some are invalid and some are still active, but I no longer want to use those active tenants.
I understand that Zuora cannot delete these tenant logins, but it would be nice to have the ability to disable, deactivate, hide, cancel (pick a word) that prevents me from using the tenant in the future. It would be nice if these disabled tenants no longer showed up in the list of log ins when using the Developer Tools or other applications.

Feature Request
We have a use case where we modify prices on existing subscriptions by importing a file using the Orders API Loader in Connect. In order to automate this process we would like to see an API exposed where we can pass the CSV file in the payload to create an import job. The existing Orders APIs will not work for this use case because we have thousands (sometimes tens of thousands) of subscriptions to update. It would be much simpler to make one API call in this manner instead of writing our own tool that has to take API rate limiting into account.

We make changes to our product catalog in our DEV sandbox tenant the promote the changes through multiple other sandbox tenants and finally into our production tenant using the Product Catalog API Loader in Connect because it does not require the object IDs (which are obviously different between tenants). I would like to see an API for this loader so that we can automate this process by passing in the CSV file in the payload instead of having to use the Connect UI.

Hi all,
It would be good that our Dev Tools also manage the Discount Class while exporting and importing the Product Catalog. Currently this is not the case and this configuration can be easily forgotten resulting serious consequences on the billing.

As a major congonlomerate that uses Zuora for various subscription services across various divisions / product lines, we have a couple of suggestions for the Collection Window / Dispute apps that would be useful for us.
1) We don't want all customers to be "Collections Window" eligible, this should be a field set on the customer at creation so that we can control which accounts flow up to the window for CSR processing.
2) A Collections/Disputes Profile - We have multiple divisions with their own agents and we would want each group to see just their customers, especially the group related to healthcare products where HIPAA may be an issue.
So our idea to resolve 1 & 2 would be a profile option on the Customer object like communications profiles where we would select a drop down that would indicate if they are collections-eligible and which collections group to be under. Like a Not Eligible, Fleet Group, Healthcare Group options. (Silent, Termed, Evergreen)

Hi, I think it's so great if we have an advanced filter on workflow, task or workflow can be filtered by: from/to created at or started at or finished at. Because sometimes we receive error emails at some steps but don't know where they are from, and we try to go to the task list of all workflows, we have a long list (maybe 5-6 pages of tasks). The advanced filter base on the time of emails is so helpful to save time investigation.

It shall be good to add the possiblity to have the account number and the date in the invoice pdf name with also the new invoice number! At the moment it is only possible to choose the file name with the new invoice number OR the standard invoice naming (so standard invoice number + account number + invoice date). Example: old standard invoice number: INV000000015 invoice sequence nubmber : FACT ABC RT 0001 account number: A0000001 invoice date: 01012018 generated pdf: FACTABCRT001_A0000001_01012018.PDF

Hi Zuora team, prepaid drawndown balance can be configured on the subscription or account level. In the case where the invoice owner differs from the subscription owner, the prepaid drawndown balance can only sit on the subscription object. This is applicable in a scenario where there's a reseller or distributor involved in the transaction. Scenario: end-customer purchases a product and makes a prepayment of $10,000 customer purchased from a reseller financial transaction is between manufacturer (me) and reseller reseller is set to invoice owner of the end-customer's subscription with the current functionality, the ppdd balance must sit on the subscription object in this scenario. However, this will create a problem if we are creating multiple subscriptions for the end-customer, for which we want to drawdown from. In our zuora environment, we create one subscription per drawndown product. If we put multiple products on one sub, this wouldn't be an issue. The idea is to support ppdd balance on the account object when the invoice owner is different from the subscription owner. Without this, the ppdd connect app would look at the reseller account object for the ppdd balance, which isn't appropriate as the ppdd balance is customer specific. I raised this idea with product management back in Feb/18 through our solutions architect. I was informed that it was deteremined to be a viable use case and that the PM team would set expectations as to when this would be supported. I spoke with Roben Howery at Subscribed this year. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from him since Subscribed after several attempts to contact him. Thanks Zuora team and I look forward to speaking with you regarding this idea. Have a great weekend!

It seems like currently though customer/domain is provisionined their connect access, every signed-up user's access needed to be updated by support/connect to give access to the system. In any case, having ability for customers to have thier own admin user and manager users would be a great option.

Can Zuora Lock the "Post" buttons in the Bill runs and Invoices if the InvoiceNumbering App is correctly setup and active? This way users would only press post after being unlocked. Currently users press "Post" without knowing if the InvoiceNumbering App has finished, and it should be transparent to them. Basically we need lock the post button and details editing if the InvoiceNumbering App is doing it's magic.

With the new CM/DM functionality reaching LA stage this month, client willing to switch to it (or start using it) AND needing sequential invoice numbering will not be able to generate sequential sequences for posted CM/DM...
This is a gap in the overall functionality...
You may say: yes, but then they already have different sequences for Invoice and CM/DM... which was one of the reason why they needed invoice numbering before (ie, to differentiate sequences of <0 and >0 invoices)... so, now they don't need invoice numering anymore...
I'd say: nope... because invoices as well and CM/DM can be cancelled, and this would create gaps in sequences... so a need for the ability to create true sequences for Posted document remains...
