  • 1.  [TO BE RESCHEDULED] ZUORA IS DISABLING TLS 1.0 ON AKAMAI ENDPOINTS

    Posted 06-20-2017 15:01

Update 6/20 2:04 PM: This activity will be reschduled for a future date.

On Thursday, June 22, we will disable TLS 1.0 on the following Akamai endpoints:

    gateway.sbx.auw2.zuora.com
    rest.apisandbox.zuora.com
    gateway.prod.auw2.zuora.com
    rest.zuora.com

At the conclusion of the change you will experience a disruption of Zuora services for your integration if you have not taken action to support TLS 1.1 or higher when using those API endpoints.

    Hi Kevin,

We haven't seen any past updates or announcements in this regards or have we missed something.

Also can you explain us why you are doing Sandbox/Prod as same time? There should be some grace period before you apply on Prod.

Do we have any parallel or temporary url to verify andshaking?

    Thanks,
    Sagar.
