For a subset of customers who use the Avalara Tax Engine in their Production Copy Environment (aka PCE or Services Environment), we have discovered some customers may be experiencing connection issue with the Avalara taxation test service. This issue impacts only PCE - all other environments are not affected.
Our engineers have identified the root cause and are working towards a full solution for all customers.
