[Resolved] Zuora PCEs and Avalara Test Environment connection issue

For a subset of customers who use the Avalara Tax Engine in their Production Copy Environment (aka PCE or Services Environment), we have discovered some customers may be experiencing connection issue with the Avalara taxation test service. This issue impacts only PCE - all other environments are not affected.

 

Our engineers have identified the root cause and are working towards a full solution for all customers.

 

If you find you are being impacted and have an urgent need to have this addressed, please contact support@zuora.com for prioritization, listing your Production Copy Environment number (typically denoted by servicesxxx in the login URL), and we will address this issue and unblock you.
