There is a maintenance scheduled for 14th May from 7-8 pm PST on Real Time Sync. During this maintenance window we plan on performing Real Time Sync maintenance for Sandbox environment due to which a subset of tenants may experience degraded real time sync performance.
In the event that a tenant's real time sync is impacted they will be reverted to turbo sync until the maintenance is complete. To confirm if you may be impacted by this change, please contact Zuora customer support team.
