We're hiring for a Zuora and Salesforce Sys Admin at Which?

Location: Regent's Park, London

We are currently looking to hire a talented Salesforce/Zuora System Administrator to join our Engineering team and strengthen our Salesforce Centre of Excellence. 

 

It’s a pivotal time for Technology at Which? as we evolve into a product centric business and create even more stand out experiences for consumers which will enable us to advance our charitable mission. Over the next twelve months we will be developing both our commercial and advocacy product offering, trialing new lean and agile ways of working and driving innovation at every opportunity.

 

What you’ll be doing 

 

As our Salesforce and Zuora System Administrator, you will help us deliver and embed our Salesforce implementation and it’s integration with Zuora. This high impact programme of work will in turn transform Which?’s CRM and subscription landscape, and have wide-reaching impact across our business. 

 

Working as part of our Salesforce centre of excellence and alongside an established team of specialists, you will be able to use your expertise to ensure that we are following best practice at every stage of the programme from design, testing and documentation. Thereafter, and as we transition to business as usual, you will ensure that Salesforce and Zuora are running at their optimum,  and will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to make this happen.

 

The implementation will be complex and we will be leveraging a lot of the Salesforce suite including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Community; so this is a great opportunity for you to develop your knowledge across a number of different modules.

Our Salesforce team is a key part of our Engineering team. They are a friendly and supportive team, and sharing knowledge and collaboration are core team values. They are valued by the organisation for their Salesforce expertise and are very passionate about their work, and delivering great solutions for our users. 

 

What we’re looking for 

 

Whilst we love a learning curve, we will need you to have proven experience in administering Zuora and/or configuring and managing Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and proven Admin skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules… Naturally, you will need to have excellent communication skills and take a collaborative approach to your work.

 

We are looking for a customer centric candidate that enjoys working with the business to find and implement solutions,  supporting users and resolving technical issues, and has proven experience of doing so.
