Question or Problem Statement: Single Sign-On attempt failed
Solution: If you receive this error after SSO has been enabled, please check for the following:
1. The user in question has the SSO feature enabled.
In your tenant go to Settings>Administator Settings>Manager Users. Click on a user and confirm the SSO SAML Enabled is checked.
2. If the user is still getting an error, please have them provide us with the SAML Assertion that has been sent to Zuora.
- To do this in Chrome.
- Right click on the login page
- Select "Inspect Element"
- Then select Network
3. Look for errors such as typos and other incorrect data, in the SAML Assertion that is being sent to Zuora. Correct any errors and retry.
